Three briefing meetings were held for providers who were shortlisted for ITT. A presentation by Sitra was followed by Q&A sessions with Tower Hamlets and Newham staff.
Dates for pre-ITT briefing meetings
• 2 August 2011 at 10am to 12.30pm – Stratford Library, Stratford

Five introductory briefing meetings were held for providers at which a presentation was given by Sitra in the first half of the session. Questions were collected from participants and asked anonymously to Tower Hamlets and Newham staff who attended the second half of the session. Providers were then invited to ask further questions. Verbal responses given by LB Tower Hamlets and LB Newham officers were written up and are listed here.

Consortia workshops for providers
Two half day workshops were held for providers to look at the options for forming a consortium on 10 January and 14 January 2011.
Sitra training courses for providers
A two day Tendering for Services training course will be offered by Sitra on two separate occasions in December and January 2011, with a further two day course to be offered at a later date. Questions raised by providers during the three courses will be sent to Tower Hamlets and Newham officers for written response and will be listed on this website as soon as answers are received.
Dates for Tendering for Services training sessions (two day course):
- 11 and 12 January 2011 at 10am to 4.30pm - Britannia International Hotel, Marsh Wall, E14
- 18 and 19 January 2011 at 10am to 4.30pm - Stratford Library, Stratford A further date will be confirmed shortly.

Bookings will be restricted to two staff per provider organisation.
