SAHA Roots to Achievement Bursary Project
Roots to Achievement is a co designed and co produced project between clients, staff and other agencies. It aims to address the lack of job opportunities and work experience for Newhaven Foyer clients by supporting them to set up their own social enterprise. The project will enable clients to acquire enhanced employability skills and gain the experience to set up their own business. Clients will then share what they have learnt with other budding entrepreneurs. In developing their own business clients build and shape their own communities relying less on professional ‘paid’ support.
