Sitra is changing

We are pleased to tell members that ROCC is now part of Sitra.

ROCC represented the housing, care and support sector in the South of England. Bringing together the two organisations will mean greater positive impact and cost-effectiveness.

ROCC will bring skills in health and social care, alongside expertise in ‘on the ground’ representation – critical to the localism agenda. This ties in with Sitra’s expertise in housing, support and engagement with key Government agendas around personalisation, payment by results and engagement.

Facing the future

Our close links with providers, commissioners, policy makers and funders means that Sitra is well placed to lobby for positive change and make your voices heard – both at local and national level.

Through events, research and direct work service users, providers, commissioners and government we will to champion excellence in our sector – focusing on strategic engagement, personalisation, procurement and commissioning.

What you've been saying about us

“In this current climate we need a credible organisation such as Sitra to give support, guidance and training to benefit our organisation. We researched a number of provisions but felt that Sitra came out on top for value for money and services”
Peter Lang, new Sitra member

“Sitra is an absolute lifeline in terms of providing up-todate information via the
bulletin, conferences and training courses. I do not think we could operate effectively without this input. Sitra also has a very valuable role in lobbying national and local government on supported housing issues.”
