One Size Fits None - Launch of the East Sussex Personalisation Project
Sitra and East Sussex County Council Supporting People Team recently launched the personalisation project and bursary funds on the 30th April 2013. The event brought together a total of 92 delegates representing housing support and other providers and people using services.
The event was opened by Vic Rayner, CEO of Sitra, who discussed the context and value of personalisation. This was followed by a very impressive and engaging presentation by four clients of Homeworks, who demonstrated the difference choice and control really makes to people’s lives. The event continued with some interactive events and was received positively by participants. On the right hand panel, are presentations from the launch event, as well as a copy of the delegates’ contact details to keep collaborations growing.
