health and social care

Our Health and Social Care team focuses on the integration of health, housing and social care and builds on the work undertaken by the Health and Social Care Partnership which is now an integral part of Sitra.

Health Social Care

We aim to help you keep up to date with the health and social care interface and, as the new Care Act heads towards implementation, learn how the different elements of the Act will impact on you and your clients.

Housing has a key role to play in supporting the new Health frameworks, and we aim to provide both providers and commissioners with key understanding of how they can get involved, engaged and have their voice heard. We also provide you with the information to help you navigate your way round Health and Social Care structures including Clinical Commissioning Groups, Health and Wellbeing Boards and Healthwatch.

We can also provide tailored, affordable and sustainable support and training to organisations, groups of joint organisations and networks to help assist the implementation and improvement of care and support policies and share aspects of best practice.
