Personalisation: a range of case studies

Sitra has produced a set of short case studies which show a range of models of business redesign.

The case studies summarise material originally produced for our Bulletin and at our events and conferences. Each is only two pages long and will enable providers and commissioners to think about different ways they can extend choice and control within housing related support and adult social care:
