Support Worker (ref: LR09-SW)

Salary: Starting at £16,450.20
Hours: 37 hours per week – including mornings, days, evenings and weekends

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide support to adults with a learning disability in a new purpose-built supported housing project.We are looking for positive people to work with us to improve the lives and choices of adults with a learning disability. Previous experience is not essential just a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, a willingness to learn and develop new skills, and the ability to work positively as part of a team. Training will be provided.

Your role will be to support service users to become valued and participating members of their community, to live as independently as possible. The successful candidate will need to be able to support people with personal care and be physically fit to be able to support people to carry out household tasks such as shopping and cleaning.  Centre 404 is committed to staff development and supervision.  A thorough induction, all necessary training and ongoing Support and Supervision will be provided.
