Case Work Supervisor (Ref: CWS-0215)
Hours: 35 hours per week - permanent
Centre 404 is a well-established charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to young people with learning disabilities and their families in north London.
They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and experienced case worker to join there busy team and develop support to parents. The postholder will undertake some case work and supervise a team of part-time case workers, as well as lead on developing support to parents of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Working with other professionals and colleagues the post holder will be required to attend meetings and promote Centre 404 services within the wider community.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced case worker with excellent communication skills and the ability to approach and engage parents. They will also have experience of supervising staff, be highly organised and passionate about empowering people to become more independent and have excellent administration, IT and time management skills. The right candidate will also have the ability to develop the service and have a good understanding of SEND and how this can affect families.
Centre 404 is committed to staff development and supervision and will provide relevant training and support where required.
