Sitra inhouse training service offers cost effective, flexible training specifically tailored to the needs of your staff, delivered at a venue and date of your choice.

How it works
You choose the date, location and course content of your event. Inhouse training is planned and delivered around your specific requirements providing either Sitra core courses public courses programme, tailored core courses or bespoke tailor-made courses to you. We can provide courses in the areas of:

- Health and Social Care
- Frontline and Service Delivery
- Working with service users

We provide:
- The trainer (who provides course development and delivery)
- Comprehensive course notes
- Certificates for every participant
- Evaluation on course completion.
You provide:
- The venue (arrangement & payment)
- Equipment (OHP and flipchart at a minimum)
