Using our Sitra TNA Tool, a dedicated member of our training team and expert trainer will guide you through a training needs analysis over the telephone; the general headings of the TNA cover:

-Why this training is needed - strategic context/ background
-Who the training is aimed at participant profile (job roles, experience etc.)
-Specific learning needs/ requirements
-Aims and Objectives of the Training
-Content (themes, specialist information, organisational policy to be included, specialist consideration for tasks and activities
-Evaluation and reporting  package to be attached to the course/programme
