Support Benchmarking
The national benchmarking service for support providers has been run by Sitra, in partnership with HouseMark and the National Housing Federation, for the last five years. We regret to announce that, as we are no longer able to guarantee viable comparator groups for participants, the service will not run in 2010.
The summary reports from previous years, which provide useful headline data on costs and performance by client group and service type, are still available to download here.
